Vegan souvlaki with fries, pita, and salad

Ingredients:

  • 300g Vegan souvlaki
  • 4 pita breads
  • 500g French fries
  • Tzatziki
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Onion
  • Lettuce

Ingredients for tzatziki

  • 2 soy yogurts
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • A little dill

PREPARATION

Grate the cucumber and strain it. Cut the vegetables to make the salad.

EXECUTION

First, we make the tzatziki by placing the two soy yogurts, the grated and strained cucumber, dill, vinegar, and olive oil into a large bowl and mix well.

Then, we take a grill pan and cook the skewers for a few minutes on all sides. We fry the potatoes and also heat the pita to get some color. We cut the vegetables to make the salad and serve the dish.
