Mac n’ cheese with veggie chicken

Veggie chicken

Ingredients:

  • 300g veggie chicken
  • 300g pasta (corallini)
  • 250g cream
  • 200g cheese mix
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp chili paste

PREPARATION

Boil the pasta and sauté the veggie chicken

EXECUTION

Boil the pasta, and in a pot, add butter and cream and wait for it to boil. Once it boils, add the turmeric, cheese, and chili paste, and stir well. Then, take a pan, add some oil, and sauté the veggie chicken. Pour the sauce over the pasta, mix, add some pepper and salt, and place the veggie chicken on top.
