Country burger with Veggie chicken patty and pickle mayo

Ingredients:

  • 2 vegan patties
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 slices of lettuce
  • 2 burger buns of our choice
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 pickle
  • 1 tbsp ketchup

PREPARATION

Chop the pickle very finely, wash the lettuce and tomato thoroughly, and slice the tomato and onion to put in the burger.

EXECUTION

Cook the 2 patties in a pan for 2 minutes on each side, remove the patties from the pan and use a paper towel to clean the pan. Then, place the buns on both sides to brown and prepare the sauce by putting the mayonnaise, pickled cucumber, ketchup, and a little juice (1 tbsp) from the pickle jar in a bowl. Take the buns and "assemble" the burger.
